Bill is the owner and lead instructor for Citizen Response Training.   Growing up in Southeastern Ohio has meant that he has been around firearms for most of his life.   Bill has a background in education and uses his passion for teaching to help students learn firearm and safety skills in a welcoming environment.   Bill carries certifications from numerous organizations and brings a wide range of experience to each class.
