Bill is the owner and lead instructor for Citizen Response Training.   A lifelong resident of rural southeastern Ohio, he has a background in education/training and uses his passion for teaching to help students learn firearms and safety skills in an environment that is both welcoming and challenging for students of all experience levels.   Bill carries certifications from numerous organizations and brings a wide range of experience to each class.
